Agreement/Jurisdiction
The person whose signature appears on this contract, known as "Client", agree that (CRIS GARRETT) Name known as "THE ARTIST", shall provide services to apply the best of her abilities, in the manner described in this document. This is a binding contract which incorporates the entire understanding of the parties, and any modifications must be in writing, signed by both parties, and physically attached to the original agreement. Client assumes responsibility for all collection costs and legal fees incurred should enforcement of this contract be broken.
Liability
Any allergies should be reported prior to application. The Client agrees to release the Artist from liability for any complications due to allergic reactions.

Method of Cancellation/Rescheduling
In the event of a cancelled or rescheduled event, Cris Garrett requires a notification in writing 30 days prior to the original event date. If cancellation happens after the 30 day deadline the Client is responsible to pay the full amount. This is the only method of cancellation I will accept. The down payment is non-refundable in any case of cancellation or rescheduling of the event.

Client Responsibilities
It is the Clients responsibility to provide a safe and adequate working environment for the Artist if this is an "On-Location Wedding Package" The location must include:

Lots of natural or lamp lighting

Enough space
-
Outlets
-
Table for for hair tools and styling products

Enough chairs
-
Insurance
-
Maintaining the agreed upon schedule and timing.

Ensure the Venue allows start/end times of the agreed schedule. *The Artist will need 30 minutes to set up*

Client responsible for any parking and/or toll fees.

If the client needs to move "getting ready locations" after the Artist has already arrived at the original location, a re-location fee of $50 will be charged.
Payments
A retainer fee of half of the total wedding package amount is due at the time of booking; this payment is non-refundable and must be paid in order to secure your event day. The remaining half needs to be paid 7 days before the event day. Payments can be made with credit card, check or cash. (The Bride is responsible for the total wedding package payment. If you have brides maids paying for their portion, you need to work that out amongst yourselves.)

Travel
On Location wedding packages are limited to a 35 mile radius from Pleasant Hill, California.

Photography
​Photos or videos may be taken for promotional use and advertising purposes online and printed material. Full credit will be given to any professional photos and videos taken by photographers and videographers.
