Service Description

My haircuts are designed to enhance and flatter your facial features while adding volume and movement. This package includes one add-on below: Add-on Option #1 - Conditioning Treatment: A deep conditioning treatment for clients that have dry hair and need extra moisture. Add-on Option #2 - Gloss Treatment: The gloss treatment is a semi-permanent hair treatment that adds shine. Shampoo, Haircut, Blow Dry *additional costs may apply for extra long or thick hair

Cancellation Policy

Reschedule, Cancellation, & No Show Policy: If you need reschedule or cancel your appointment please provide at minimum 48-Hours notice. In the event you reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service fee. If you 'No Show' to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. Please call Cris if you are running late to your appointment. If you are more than 25 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service fee and your appointment will be cancelled. Please note: Wedding Packages have a separate Cancel/Reschedule Policy. Please refer to your Wedding Package Contract for those details.
