Service Description
Day of Bridal Hair Style for Bride Only Location: In Salon -All Brides must book a Bridal Consult/Trial first. -You must come to each appointment with clean, 100% dry hair. Wedding Package Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: In the event of a cancelled or rescheduled event, Cris Garrett requires a notification in writing 30 days prior to the original event date. If cancellation happens after the 30 day deadline the Client is responsible to pay the full amount. This is the only method of cancellation I will accept. The down payment is non-refundable in any case of cancellation. Wedding Package Payments Policy: A retainer fee of half of the total wedding package amount is due at the time of booking; this payment is non-refundable and must be paid in order to secure your event day. The remaining half needs to be paid 7 days before the event day. Payments can be made with credit card or Venmo only.
Cancellation Policy
Reschedule, Cancellation, & No Show Policy: If you need reschedule or cancel your appointment please provide at minimum 48-Hours notice. In the event you reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service fee. If you 'No Show' to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. Please call Cris if you are running late to your appointment. If you are more than 25 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service fee and your appointment will be cancelled. Please note: Wedding Packages have a separate Cancel/Reschedule Policy. Please refer to your Wedding Package Contract for those details.
