Move-Up Appointment
Service Description
To extend the life of your extensions they need to be moved up every 6-8 weeks. This appointment is only for clients that need their hair moved up, but do not need a color refresh yet. This includes light styling. (Shampoo not included) *Must arrive with fresh clean hair *
Cancellation Policy
Reschedule, Cancellation, & No Show Policy: If you need reschedule or cancel your appointment please provide at minimum 48-Hours notice. In the event you reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service fee. If you 'No Show' to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. Please call Cris if you are running late to your appointment. If you are more than 25 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service fee and your appointment will be cancelled. Please note: Wedding Packages have a separate Cancel/Reschedule Policy. Please refer to your Wedding Package Contract for those details.
