Service Description
This is the normal extension maintenance appointment which includes: A base color, gloss, highlight, and removal/re-installing the extensions. This should be done every 8-12 weeks. (depending on if you have a move-up appointment or not) If an 6.5 hour appointment is not feasible for your schedule, Cris can break up the service into 2 different days: 1st Appointment: Color Client & Extension Hair (4 Hours) 2nd Appointment: Extension Installation (2.5 Hours)
Cancellation Policy
Reschedule, Cancellation, & No Show Policy: If you need reschedule or cancel your appointment please provide at minimum 48-Hours notice. In the event you reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service fee. If you 'No Show' to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. Please call Cris if you are running late to your appointment. If you are more than 25 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service fee and your appointment will be cancelled. Please note: Wedding Packages have a separate Cancel/Reschedule Policy. Please refer to your Wedding Package Contract for those details.
